-According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and the Building Coexistence Manual of Edificio Morros 3, temporary guests are not permitted to receive visitors, either inside the apartments or in common areas.
-Each apartment has a strict maximum occupancy limit based on its number of bedrooms. Hosting additional people beyond what is stated in the listing is not allowed under any circumstance, even for an extra fee. This rule is mandatory and non‑negotiable.
-By registering at the building’s reception, guests agree to comply withinternal regulations.
All guests must present an original identification document at check‑in:
✔️ Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP
✔️ Passport with entry stamps (foreigners)
✔️ MERCOSUR citizens: must present the travel slip
✔️ Venezuelan citizens: only PPT or passport is accepted

Minors:
