This property can not be accessed without the park ticket, property is located at a Natural Park.
Guests must buy the entrance ticket directly from the parks webpage to enter to the property at Parques Nacionales Naturales De Colombia, Sector el Zaino.

Please note that access to the park is until 3:00 p.m. If guests wish to arrive after these hours, they must notify the property in order to purchase their tickets.
Guests can exit and enter the park for 3 days with one ticket when staying at the hotel.

Children under 6 years old and adults over the age of 65 dont pay.
